Liberty Avenue closed in Ozone Park due to shooting

Police are on Liberty Avenue reporting a male shot in Ozone Park. This is by 102nd Road near the Bayside Cemetery when it happened inside the subways. Delays on A train by 80th Street.

EMS is working to transport the teen victim to a local hospital.

Police say multiple suspects, males, teens took off on foot toward unknown directions.

ESU recovered shell casings.

This is the fifth bullet victim for Queens as of today from the weekend to today.

Despite the shooting, Queens remains the safest compared to last year so note that message from the government.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - Police say two are in custody.
