Car carrying truck overturned on the LIE westbound

Long Island Expressway westbound at Exit 44S - NY 135 has all lanes closed due to a truck carrying cars flipped with injuries. The incident was reported this afternoon around 12:30pm by NY 135 Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway. Traffic is moving toward the shoulder lane while ESU is working to clear up.

EMS transported the injured to local hospitals.

The estimated restoration time is expected before the rush hour.

Delays all around including eastbound due to onlookers.
