Bellerose shooting was gang related

On Tuesday, November 21, several sources gathered about the shooting in Bellerose on Saturday, November 4 around 1:30am was gang related. Of seven people involved, sources stated several members of Bloods gang were inside the local hookah when another group walked in reportedly belongs to the Crips gang. All of them went outside to their vehicles to retrieve their weapons. From the surveillance video, there were seven people involved in the shooting. The first person to shoot another one fired back at the intersection of 252nd Street and Hillside Avenue. Then more shooting erupted with two more people shot. Police has not disclosed who were shot or which one belongs to the gang. The three people who were shot were cuffed at local hospitals and the investigation continues.
