Bellerose homicide has cops passing around flyers in the area

Detectives are working around the clock to narrow down the location of a male from the flyer after making a positive identification from evidence search including at the Bellerose home from the fatal fire yesterday afternoon.

The male last seen on the surveillance video was released from a prison after serving 17 years with probation and vouchers funded by taxpayers after released in 2023.

Police are on a massive search for the same male in the area last seen in the farm vicinity of Little Neck Parkway in Glen Oaks according to local residents who believe its the same matching description but police have not confirmed.

The NYPD is on increased patrol in the area and the investigation continues.
