Bakery lines are longer than jab test in NYC

The lines at all bakery stores in NYC are way too much long and people don't mind. Lulu Bakery on Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows is so busy they can't keep up with the supply from demand. Most of bakeries in Brooklyn especially my former neighborhood Brighton Beach has most closed early awaiting for more inventory. Long Island bakeries are working around the clock to serve all their customers and some will be open on Christmas Day. So what's so special about bakery goods. They are freshly made in the stores.
