Heavy delays on SSP eastbound

Southern State Park eastbound at Exit 15, heavy delays due to an unauthorized truck. This is by the Valley Stream State Park. ESU is working to remove the truck. Delays are back to the Belt Parkway and Cross Island Parkway.
