Armed robbery reported in Whitestone

The NYPD reported armed robbery at the local gas station in Whitestone. This is on Clintonville Street by 17th Road. Police described two suspects as males, black with both displaying weapons. Then took off with cash around $5,000 from the local Sunoco gas station in a sedan vehicle last seen on the Cross Island Parkway northbound to the Bronx.

EMS reported minor injuries.
