No relief for Steinway Street in Astoria

The NYPD reported multiple shots fired on Steinway Street in Astoria. The incident was reported around 9pm. This is by Astoria Blvd. Police described the suspect as male, black who took off in a Mercedes sedan toward the Triboro Bridge Bronx bound.

ESU recovered shell casings.

Bystanders went hiding during the incident.

So far no arrests.

This is the fourth incident involving weapons and bullets on Steinway Street since the weekend.
