Armed robbery at a corner location on Hillside Avenue

The NYPD reported an armed robbery on Hillside Avenue. This is by 164th Street in Jamaica.

This confirms the robbery took place inside the local eatery.

Police described the suspect as male, black, 40 to 50’s wearing a black mask, who took on a bike southbound to Jamaica Avenue according to a witness. The suspect disaplayed a weapon during the incident.

EMS is checking for injuries.
