Date announced for City Council vote on City of Yes

November 21 is when the City Council will vote for the City of Yes.

Despite 80% of NYC voting against it, the majority of the city council members who need more campaign coffers will vote in favor.

The Mayor is expected to sign it to make it effective.

The first task will be changing the zoning all over NYC to add more spaces to accommodate people.

Also tomorrow, Nov 20th, the City of Yes rezoning initiative goes to vote and its expected to pass. This plan could redefine density, housing, and community growth in the city.

The biggest benefits will go to activists supporting the plan who all earn over $500,000 annually from taxpayer funds who need to pay the mortgages of their townhouses.
