Angry customer torched eatery front for wrong order in Jackson Heights

Police arrested a suspect in the arson of an eatery in Jackson Heights. The incident was reported on October 2 but an arrest was made this week. From the police report, the suspect was angry after he was not given the chicken biryani that he ordered. This is on 37th Road between 73rd and 74th Street. The suspect came back after closing and poured chemicals causing fire and damages worth over $1,500. The suspect was charged with third degree arson which does not have bail and released with a court date. This was his first arrest.
