Love enforcement coming from the NYC sanitation

Hooman lose rats win!

After rats overpopulation in NYC due to garbage, the NYC Mayor announced new rules for both residential and businesses.

Before reading further, a bill is under work. No rats are to be killed by poison or glue traps as they are harmless animals with love.

Ok back to enforcement, the new rule is to place garbage outside after 8pm for next day pick up. The former rule is 4pm.

Fines which "you pay no excuses" will be enforced around NYC.

So eat your dinner and then place garbage outside for that extra walk for digestion.

Ah, that's NYC.
