All lanes closed on the LIE eastbound

Police reports road rage on the LIE eastbound at Woodbaven Blvd with all lanes closed. This is involving multiple vehicle accident with injuries. One driver took off. EMS and ESU are on the scene. Delays are back to the Midtown Expressway.
