No no it s misdemeanor not serious assaults in Glen Oaks

Police reported all assaults in the vicinity of Glen Oaks between 255 Street, 75th Avenue and 260th Street between the shopping center and the public park is now only a misdemeanor. As of the first week of April, more than 12 victims were assaulted by various suspects and police made two arrests. Both were dismissed after the victims would not comply to courts and multiple trips to the district attorney's office. Police are advising people to watch their back while walking in the same vicinity.
