MVA with pedestrian struck in Roslyn

Police report multiple vehicle accident with injuries and a pedestrian struck. 6 people are in serious condition working to transport to local hospitals. This is on the Old Northern Blvd and West Shore Road near Northern Blvd. ESU is working on the scene with entrapment. Delays all around.
