All lanes closed on CE southbound after vehicle flipped

Major accident on Clearview Expressway southbound before LIE Exit reporting more than 5 vehicles involved with one truck flipped. The truck spilled chemicals and debris all over. Several witness called 911 stating road rage. Multiple EMS, FDNY, ESU and NYPD are on the scene. Avoid the route. All lanes closed southbound and one lane northbound for emergency personnel.
