Governor signed legislation for New York voters the option to vote by mail

Cuomo has signed the bill establishing universal absentee voting. Select ?Temporary illness or disability? after obtaining the ballot by mail. To get the application for NYC, follow this link, http://voting.nyc/
Ballots will be mailed out September 18th on a rolling basis. You can also drop it off at your poll site or local Board of Elections office to avoid the mail.
Another great option to avoid the crowds on Election Day is to vote early October 24th-November 1st. Also, call 1-866-VOTE-NYC to request a form. This is effective starting today.
