A 4 a 1 a 7 that is 417 per room in NYC

The average hotel prices in NYC is now $417 up from the $388 since September 2024 and soon to hit (GULPS) $500 next year.

Thanks to the migrant boom in NYC paid for by taxpayers, The Hotel and Gaming Trades Council AFL-CIO, the union for hotel and gaming workers in New York and Northern New Jersey that controls the Mayor and Governor is pushing for more legislation in the coming weeks.

To help regular tenants in the city, the City Council is working to reverse AirBnB from renting out longer than 30 days to keep the voter base under one party rule.

Currently, it's illegal to rent a place for less than 30 days in NYC.

Meanwhile, the incoming daddy of ICE, Tom Homan appointed by Trump is coming to NYC to sit down with the Mayor. The Mayor requested the meeting after announcing closure of 25 shelters not including Creedmoor which will continue to expand. Those closures has given migrants government programs and welfare benefits to live in NYC with housing, medical and much more instead of living in shelters.

NY and NYC have too much debt, too much Marxism and too many people including migrants on handouts. Other than that, they are lovely people funded by taxpayers who have no choice but to work, work, work and work long hours without complainings.

To help taxpayers, the Governor proposed $300 to $500 if the legislature approved in the coming weeks.

As for the holidays, here is the list of 74 places with Michelin stars with one in Queens to go out and eat that will cost around an easy $1,000 for taxpayers so the Governor's return tax money helps.
