State police responds to alleged sexual assault incident in Prattsburgh

On October 31, 2024, the New York State Police responded to a report of an alleged sexual assault at a residence located at 5110 Blodgett Rd in the town of Prattsburgh, NY. The incident was reported to have occurred on October 19, 2024.

The victim, a 26-year-old female, reported that she was allegedly sexually assaulted by Brendan Miller, age 19, of Naples, NY, while at a gathering on Blodgett Rd.

Miller was charged with Sexual Abuse 1st: Person Incapable of Consent-Physically Helpless (D Felony) and Forcible Touching (A Misdemeanor). Miller was processed and arraigned at the Steuben County Central Arraignment Office, where a stay-away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
