15 an hour to clean up NYC

The NYC mayor announced the creation of City Cleanup Corps. The program will add up to 10,000 jobs with pay rate at $15 an hour to clean up the city littered with garbage, graffiti, wild grass and more. By July, the mayor hope to fill all 10,000 positions. This is under Recovery for All after many areas were ruined from protests, looting and vandals. The money comes from the federal stimulus fund and the jobs are only for 1 year.
