NY budget update on criminals

Last late night, both Assembly and Senate decided formerly incarcerated will not be added to the budget to give away taxpayer's fund of $2.1 billion dollars allocation plan. This was agreed by both chambers. However, fund for illegal immigrants are still included saving a portion of the budget for them. This is under Excluded Worker Funds. More details are being worked out. According to the governor's office, Excluded Worker Funds is for those who doesn't fall into federal unemployment aid including those who never had jobs or paid taxes. The discussion continues with both chambers for the next update. The number is now $3.5 billion, up from the original $2.1 billion.
