Woman pushed onto the subway tracks in Flushing

The NYPD is investigating a criminal incident in Flushing where a female victim, 82 was pushed onto the subway tracks. 

The incident occurred on Wednesday afternoon at the Flushing-Main Street station.

The victim was found between two cars under the 7 line train.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital now in stable condition.

The victim told police the suspect approached her for a match and she walked off. This is when the suspect pushed the victim.

So far no arrests.

Ongoing investigation.
