Woman found dead off roadway near Queens park

Police are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found near a park in Queens on Wednesday.

She was found dead around 7:45 a.m. in the area of Forest Park Drive and the Jackie Robinson Parkway, off Forest Park in Woodhaven.

According to police, she was clothed at the time and her body had not decomposed.

The medical examiner is working to determine her cause of death.

No arrests have been reported as the investigation continues.
