Whitestone woman pleads guilty of car crash that killed a 17 year old kid

The Queens DA's office reported t Sheila Kahn-Prager, 88, of Whitestone pleaded guilty to reckless endangerment with conditional discharge for the vehicle crash that killed Madeline Sershen, 17 back in June 25. More than 20,000 signatures were collected to press DMV to mandate all drivers 80 and over to have road test every two years whether they are capable to drive. So far no local politician has prepared such bill to mandate into law.
