Whitestone neighbors irked by massage parlor in the basement of a private dwelling

The private home, 150-53 14th Road has setup massage service in the basement and neighbors in the Whitestone neighborhood are angry. The location has men coming in and going out the entire day. Some neighbors believe it maybe providing prostitution services. The manager of the spa told media its a legal foot and body massage center and nothing else. The location has flashy commercial light signs displaying the word, open. They solicit customers by placing ads in Backpage dot com with all kinds of services provided. Local politicians, Tony Avella and Paul Vallone received the complaints from neighbors. They are looking into it.
