West Babylon man arrested after overdose incident in Wantagh

The Major Case Bureau reports the arrest of a West Babylon man during an overdose investigation that occurred on Thursday, September 19, 2019 at 4:41 pm in Wantagh.

According to Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives, an investigation into a fatal overdose of a Nassau County resident led to the arrest of Derrick Donkor, 26, of 1190 Little East Neck Road.

Narcotics/Vice Squad detectives placed the defendant under arrest without incident.

Defendant Donkor is charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. He will be arraigned on Friday, September 20, 2019 at First District Court, Hempstead. (From NCPD)
