Queens woman working as desnuda in Times Square busted for scamming a victim

Police arrested Emelia LaPorta, 26 of Woodside and charged with scamming a victim in Times Square.

The male victim who is autistic was scammed of $100.

Police reported another suspect is also involved and searching for the woman.

The victim, a 30 year old male asked for a photo with desnuda on September 12 around 3:15pm.

When the victim asked for how much, she replied with later discussion. After the snap, both walked the victim to the nearest ATM and withdrew cash.

The victim's mother noticed the with drawl and went to the local precinct to report.

LaPorta was arrested by police and charged with grand larceny.
