Video shows tragic moped crash that killed 13 year old scooter rider as witness rails on real murderer

The truck rolled over the scooter as the young victim lay motionless on the pavement and his friend pinned under the vehicle, the video showed.

one horrified witness screamed as another bystander sprinted over to perform chest compressions on the youngster, shouting for someone to call 911. Moments later, the teen driver crawled out from beneath the truck, pulled at his friend and staggered away in shock.

The truck driver, who had been circling the block in search of parking for a delivery, remained at the scene as police arrived. No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing, according to police.
