Victims robbed in the vicinity of NHP and Glen Oaks

Police reported home invasion and robbery on June 26 early morning. It happened on 266 Street and 76th Avenue in New Hyde Park across the hospital. Two people inside the home suffered minor injuries. On June 23 around 9pm, a victim was robbed on 260th Street and Langston Avenue. The victim while on the phone was approached from behind. The suspect took off with the phone and other items. Police didn't disclose if both incidents were related to the same suspect. Ongoing investigation.
