Phase 3 starts tomorrow in NYC

Governor Cuomo reported today NYC is on schedule to start Phase 3 tomorrow except for indoor dining. The indoor dining is postponed indefinitely until Cuomo decide when. On COVID-19, there were 533 positive cases yesterday with 8 deaths. Nail salons, massage parlors, spas, tanning salons can re-open. Public playgrounds and parks will also re-open. Bars without food are already allowed to open for outdoor dining.
