On 10/25 at approximately 7:51PM, a 36-year-old male victim suffered a gunshot wound to his neck in the vicinity of Park Avenue & Saint Edwards Street in Brooklyn. The NYPD is asking for your assistance in identifying the individual depicted below in connection with this shooting.
