Vets 4 Vets community construction project launching in Queens

A new project aimed to help veterans around NY from NYC to Long Island is calling all to participate in the kickoff project with barbecue in Queens. The event will be held on Thursday, August 14 from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at the local VFW, 247-37 Braddock Avenue in Queens Village.

The project is called Vets 4 Vets helping with construction projects by identifying properties.

This is a first for Queens and NY statewide.

If you are in a union trade and a veteran, then this is a great event.

Open to the public.
