Bethpage tragedy continue with emotions

On July 15, a vehicle collision in Bethpage resulted in one death while police arrested a driver for DWI in the vicinity of Seamans Neck Road. Today, the Nassau County police reported the same driver arrested for DWI died of injuries at the local hospital.

The families involving both deceased are now grieving with more emotions as the DA's office is concluding the investigation.

The families of Cindy Saborio, 40 and the driver, Joseph Curto, 54 received the notification of the update.

Both NCPD and SCPD are issuing warnings to locals of speeding and DWI on Long Island after announcing it is NYS's highest location with car crashes over NYC. For the year 2022, there were 164 fatalities in Suffolk County and 81 in Nassau County involving vehicle collisions.
