Vehicle overturned on the GCP eastbound

Heavy delays on the Grand Central Parkway eastbound after 94 Street by the airport reporting a vehicle overturned. EMS, ESU and police are on the scene. Delays are back to the BQE.

Also delays on the westbound due to onlooks.
