Vehicle flipped on GCP eastbound

Grand Central Parkway eastbound at Utopia Parkway, reporting a single vehicle flipped upside down with entrapment. Other people stopped and removed the driver from the vehicle. All lanes closed. Police and EMS are on the scene. ESU is enroute to upright the vehicle. Delays all around.
