Vehicle flipped near the 107 Precinct

Police have closed off Parsons Blvd by 73rd Avenue reporting a vehicle flipped. This is on the uphill to Jewel Avenue from the front of the 107th Precinct in Flushing. ESU and FDNY are working at the scene. EMS is also on the scene.
