Vehicle flipped after exit on LIE westbound

Police have closed off the service road of Long Island Expressway westbound at Kissena Blvd after a vehicle flipped. The driver was trying to merge to Horace Harding Expressway when it happened. ESU is enroute. FDNY and EMS are working on the scene.
