Vehicle accident with one dead in South Ozone Park

The NYPD reported last night around 3am, a vehicle accident resulted with one dead and two injuries. The incident was reported on Lefferts Blvd and 116th Avenue intersection. The dead was reported to be a female pedestrian. Two other pedestrians were also taken to a local hospital now in stable condition.

The driver of the yellow cab and the other of a Honda Accord remained on the scene and continued to cooperate with the investigation.

The investigation continues.
