Vehicle accident with one dead in QV

Police closed off the intersection of 212th Street and 90th Ave reporting a vehicle collisson with one dead and another in critical condition.

The incident was reported around 12:30pm this afternoon in Queens Village.

The medical examiner transported the dead body pending autopsy.

EMS transported the other injured to a local hospital who was a pedestrian struck nearby before the accident.

Highway CIS is working on the scene along with ESU.

Ongoing investigation.

Update - This is the same alleged suspect wanted for kidnapping charges in Queens Village yesterday on Jamaica Avenue at the local Key Food last night according to police.
