VNB to Brooklyn is a mess

Heavy ESU rescue on the Verrazano Narrow Bridge to Brooklyn reporting a tractor trailer squashed after hitting an overpass bridge nearby. It happened around 12pm. Police are still working to clear the traffic for the rush hour. Heavy delays all around. As of 2:30pm, traffic is still a halt for commuters.
