Update on the Garden City fire

Fire Marshal confirmed three people died from the home fire in Garden City. The first body was recovered during the fire. After the fire was put out, two more bodies were discovered. It was a female, 18, high school senior and her parents. This is at 148 Washington Avenue. The fire started around 5:45am today. The original report called in with people trapped inside. Also, firefighters and medics were injured and taken to hospitals. The cause of fire is under investigation.
