Robbery at an eatery in Bellerose

Police confirmed robbery at 248-22 Union Turnpike in Bellerose. This is at the corner pizza place. It happened on April 29 around 10am while opening. The suspect took off with cash on foot toward southbound to Hillside Avenue. There were no injuries. Ongoing investigation.
