Update on DOJ demanding reply from Cuomo

Governor Cuomo's office confirmed there will be no response to the demand of information from the Dept of Justice for nursing home investigation until after Election Day. The legal team paid by taxpayers have filed delays in the federal court.
This came after class action lawsuits and complaints filed of NYS had the highest rate of deaths of any state from COVID-19. The delays involves state health commissioner and executive deputy commissioner. To date, NY reported 25,348 deaths. The DOJ demand that the governor must submit data due to ongoing investigation on nursing home deaths and only one reply in term of "cooperation" pending forwarded by the governor's office.
