Unprovoked stabbing investigation in LIC

The NYPD reported around 1pm this afternoon, a victim was stabbed in an unprovoked attack inside the subway at Long Island City. This is at Court Square-23rd Street.

Police described the suspect as male, Asian who took off on the M train toward Manhattan bound.

EMS transported the victim to a local hospital now in critical condition.

Delays all around due to police activity.

Ongoing investigation.
