USPS Postmaster General suspending operational changes until Election Day

US Postmaster General Louis DeJoy stated all operational reforms and initiatives of the postal service will be suspended until Election Day. There will be no impact to the mail including mail-in ballots. This came on Monday night after postal board of governors discussed on the matter. A task force to expand the service of mail-in ballots will be announced in the coming weeks. However, the USPS has $10 billion in hands to operate fully as normal for the year 2021.
