UPDATE State police seeking assistance locating missing man from Rhinebeck

UPDATE- May 12,2025- Cody has been located and in good health. Thank you for your assistance.

The New York State Police in Rhinebeck are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Cory D. Timberlake, 36, has not been in contact with family since April 17, 2025, after being discharged from Westchester Medical Center in the town of Valhalla. He is approximately 5’9”, weighs approximately 140 pounds, has black hair, and green eyes.

Timberlake is currently homeless and does not own a vehicle. He is known to travel by hitchhiking throughout Dutchess, Westchester, Columbia, and St. Lawrence Counties.
