UPDATE Public assistance requested regarding stolen ATV in Harrisville

On June 1, 2025, SP Lowville Bureau of Criminal Investigation arrested Ryan H. Kitts, age 42, from Philadelphia, NY, in the theft of the ATV. 

Kitts was charged with Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, a Class D Felony.  Kitts was remanded to the Lewis County Jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail with a later appearance date in the town of Diana Court.

State Police are requesting help from the public regarding a stolen ATV investigation. The pictured ATV, a 2016 Honda Rancher, was stolen from State Street in Harrisville, NY on May 15, 2025 at approximately 11:30 a.m.
