Two women charging for dragging NYPD officer

Two women were arrested for dragged and hit a NYPD officer. This was happened when he was questioning the passengers of a car.While questioning , vehicle move and dragging him with it. The officer fired gun into the car and driver suffered. The car was found with stolen on 53rd street.
