Two unusual robberies occurred in Queens

The NYPD reported a victim was robbed with a suspect using an axe in Fresh Meadows. The incident was reported yesterday around 7pm in the vicinity of Underhill Avenue and 170th Street by the golf course. EMS transported the victim to a local hospital.

This early afternoon around 11am, two suspects went on a robbery spree on Hillside Avenue and Parsons Blvd vicinity of Jamaica. Police say over five victims were robbed while the suspects paced around the sidewalk targeting victims while displaying weapons. Two suspects according to police described as males, teens while carrying backpacks targeted innocent victims.

EMS reported no injuries but victims were emotionally shaken.

Police are now adding more patrols to the intersection.

So far no arrests to both incidents.
