Two teens busted for reckless endangerment

The NCPD reports on the Arrest of two male juveniles for Criminal Possession of a Weapon that occurred on Sunday, April 17, 2022 at 9:57 PM in East Rockaway.
According to Detectives, a 33-year-old male victim was walking near the intersection of Althouse Avenue and Front Street. As a 2014 Honda Accord drove past him a male juvenile front passenger yelled out the window and pointed a soft water bead blaster gun at him, putting him in fear for his life. The defendant began to fire at the victim, striking him multiple times with the beads. Police was dispatched to scene and a short time later, the two male juveniles, ages 16 and 17, were located and placed under arrest. No injuries reported at scene.
The two defendants are charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree and Menacing 3rd degree. They were both issued Family Court Appearance Tickets. (From NCPD)
